    Hello, I'm Larry I'm a firefighter/paramedic in Canton, Ohio and I have a general interest in trains. I like to railfan when I have time.Lucky for me the station I work at is right next to the NS Ft Wayne line. Not a lot of action, but enough to keep watching. Hoping to increase my knowledge of railroading through the site. Feel free to say hello if you have a moment.

    Hi Larry, Welcome to the TrainBoard. I agree with Ken, "keep your camera handy." I once saw 12 locomotives pulling one (1) boxcar on the CSX main between New Orleans and Mobile, AL., not what you might consider heavy haul freight...LOL
