    Rio Grande Hobbies, N Scale Supply, and Brooklyn Loco Works all have excellent service, and I've always been pleased when ordering from them. For personalized service for specific items, Feather River is great.

    Chuck at "Feather River Train Shop", has been really good to me in my N scale infancy.
    He's gone the extra mile on a few occasions for me and his helpful advice has been spot on.
    But I would like to give a B I G wrap to Tim Maslin of "Digistar DCC" in Florida.
    Through many email messages, Tim not only talked me through the whole DCC phenominon, but he made suggestions as to the right DCC outfit to suit me and my new layout. I decided to purchase a system from him and a whole lot of the right decoders for my locos.
    Now, this is the good bit....He quoted me a $ figure and after some serious comparisons, I accepted it.
    Because he's getting out of DCC supply and into a signals business, Tim couldnt supply me with everything I'd ordered straight away and had to back order some bits. However, all the stuff I had ordered, eventually arrived here in Australia, in 3 shipments, which cost him more than $30 more than he had originally quoted me. He made NO request for the extra funds. Because of this extra mile (or three), I know I will deal with him again when I can.
