    Subject: Intermountain SD40T-2/SD45T-2/SD45-2 stock numbers

    Hello all,

All-American Trains apparently tried to guess at the stock numbers, and they got pretty close. Too close for comfort in fact! So to prevent any confusion the correct stock numbers are listed below.

Also, the earliest we anticipate having the first of the Tunnel Motors (SD40T-2) out is early next year -- perhaps February -- it certainly won't
    be December.

Below is the correct numbers, these will appear on the Walthers Web site and our own very shortly.

    SD40T-2

    69401 SD40T-2 Denver & Rio Grande black/orange
69402 SD40T-2 Southern Pacific, Roman Lettering
69403 SD40T-2 Southern Pacific Speed Lettering
    69404 SD40T-2 Union Pacific
69405 SD40T-2 SP Roman Lettering "Snoot" nose
69406 SD40T-2 Union Pacific "Snoot" nose
69407 SD40T-2 SP Speed Lettering "Snoot" nose

NEW: EMD SD45T-2 available starting April 2003:
    Price TBA

    69501 SD45T-2 Cotton Belt
    69502 SD45T-2 SP Roman Lettering
    69503 SD45T-2 SP Speed Lettering
    69504 SD45T-2 Union Pacific
    69505 SD45T-2 Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range
    69506 SD45T-2 Kansas City Southern

NEW: EMD SD45-2 available July 2003 (estimated):
    Price TBA

69601 SD45-2 Santa Fe yellow and blue "Warbonnet"
    69702 SD45-2 Santa Fe yellow/blue as-delivered
    69703 SD45-2 Erie-Lackawanna
    69704 SD45-2 Conrail
69705 SD45-2 Seaboard Coast Line (black)
    69706 SD45-2 Clinchfield
    69707 SD45-2 Family Lines
    69608 SD45-2 CSX

As with our FT, these locomotives will be released with at least four different road numbers in each paint scheme. A "-#" added to the end of the stock number denotes the unique road number. So 69401-1 is the first SD40T-2
DRGW number, 69403-8 will be (when we get to that point) the eighth unique number on the SP Speed Lettering SD40T-2 etc. . .

Hope this clears up, or prevents, any possible confusion. Our sales staff has already received orders from dealers with stock numbers listed. Just want to make sure everybody gets the locomotives they are looking for.

    Best wishes,

    Marty

    Hi Marty,

I'm very pleased to see IM's offering of SP Tunnel Motors and the Snoot nose version too!!! I guess it pays to whine cause now IM and Atlas have offerings in the SP scheme. :D

SP fans, here's our chance to let our voice be heard! Kato has given up on us but not IM or Atlas. So sell your house, your cars, and your kids and buy dozens of these! hehehe Just kidding!
