How to increase the brightness of the headlight??

    I noticed on my Lenz decoder in my N scale Atlas SD-7, The headlight is not as bright as the light on my Digitrax decoders.

    So how do I make my light brighter on the Lenz decoder?

    Couple of things. Depending on the age of the decoder it could be a yellow LED which are not as bright as the Digitrax golden LED's so only way to change it is to replace the LED. The other thing is the decoder could be programmed for dimming and you may have inadvertantly dimmed the LED by pressing the F1 button.

    CV 52 is used for controlling the dimming on Lenz decoders.

    Does anyone know witch CV is used for dimming the lights on the digitrax DN163AO decoder
