Lucky fellow! The bottom photo shows what appears to be a passenger platform. Is this in an area where they have trackage rights? How are they doing for business? Is the physical plant in good shape? Have they expanded any since the article in Railfan a few years ago? Boxcab E50
it is an old passenger station in Stockbridge mass, the Housatonic nows owns all that track up Pittsfield and I think alittle bit in North adams. There business is great, the physical plant is good too. THere was an article about them in Trains a few months back...

Here's a short "add-on" article that Trains/MR has on their website that might be useful.
