    Hi all.

Many years ago, I bought a Tyco Turbo Train, and in the kit were included a number of what I'd describe as rubber track joiners to use with the HO track - basically, a flexible rubber piece which secures two pieces of track together. I realize that these probably wouldn't be used by most model railroad enthusiasts, but when setting up a small, temporary track on the carpet for kids to play with, they're great, in that they keep all of the track pieces connected...

Does anyone know if these rubber joiners are still available, and if so, where can they be purchased? I'm guessing that they may have been custom-manufactured for Tyco, but it would be great if they're still available for purchase somewhere.

    Thanks!

I doubt if you will find them. Perhaps a simple twistie bread wrapper would suffice if all you need it to hold both pieces. Twist on bottom side out of sight and darken it with a black marker, I have never done it , but it should work if you cant find the rubber clips...John.
