Hi, if anyone could recommend a good HO price guide I'd appreciate it. It needs to cover the time period of 1950-1965 specifically. My dad has a large collection of HO items, and he is looking to sell. He had someone look at it and make him an offer, but it occured to him that he doesn't know what in general it is worth. Any help would be appriciated.
There are a couple out there, one for brass stock and another for for Athearn stuff. I think your best bet is to look for similar items on eBay that have closed. Stuff on eBay seems to usually go for about what it is worth, so if you can find a couple that have sold recently it should give you a really good idea what it's worth.
