New at this forum and already a question. I'm in the hobby for over 40 years and a member of our club for 40 years We are transferring from DC to DCC and we found DCC++ for checking and programming the decoders in the loco's together with JMRI. But unfortunatly it is not working (now). I've found a test-option, but that has to wait till next club-evening... My question/remark about the forum is the message in chrome ... www.trainboard. com is not safe. It is not running under https, is it? regards, wideko
Hello Wideko, welcome. We are happy to have you on board. Please share photos and description of your club's layout and control systems. 40 years is a long time for a club to be in existence. It must be a refined and sophisticated organization. I am concerned that your installation of Chrome has identified the Trainboard website as a potential threat to your computer. I do not believe there has been any threatening intrusion during my 16 years as a member. Perhaps one of the administrators can provide more information and ease your concern.

Welcome aboard! Chrome gives a fake message about TrainBoard, so disregard it. Photo's are always welcome of your club layout and all your questions are usually answered around here somewhere!
Yes, 40 years member in www.mbvdewissel.com (sorry, only in Dutch) We are 'working' on our club-layout for 20 years now, but the progress is very (s)low. The cosiness among the members is an important part, sometimes even too big a part.
