Bought my second to have a double header and discovered no matter which way I turn the engines, they go in opposite directions. Someone got a clue how to fix the problem?

I am not sure of the motor set up on these but with most motors you just need to swap wires or pickups form one side to another on the motor. Some earlier N scale motors on some engines, you were actually able to lift the motor out and turn it around.

These engines have a small circuit board on top with a small 'switch' that allows them to run on catenary. The frame does not appear to allow the motor to be reversed. Guess I'll just have to strip it bare and see if I can figure it out. I don't ever remember having this kind of situation with any 2 engines before-most perplexing!

I once had a high dollar brass loco right from the factory come with the motor backwards.

No, the motor wasn't backward-it was upside down! Took it out, turned it over and both engines go in same direction. I must have done it years ago in cleaning it. But, it got a much needed de-greasing with denatured alcohol........hic... Thanks guys!
