I purchased an IMRC AC-12 from TopHobby Trains a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the wrong road number turned up giving me a duplicate of one I already had. Vince gave me a return authority and I shipped it back to him. I expected nothing more than a refund as the road number I needed was now sold out. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email back that my return had arrived and the correct loco was in the mail to me. I don't know where they found one, but it arrived today and I couldn't be happier with the service I got from TopHobby Trains:thumbs_up::thumbs_up:
