You may after all, they showed up on a northbound thru Cheyenne... That meant they left Denver that day...
has there been a lot of movement of cars back up from mexico? seems like i heard there were problems with getting them back (maybe i heard on kcs yahoo group or somewhere else). here in oklahoma there has been a severe shortage of grain cars. farmrail has been out and some elevators have been piling wheat outside.
I did some late night train spotting downtown last night and there was a whole train of empty grain cars waiting under the bridge I was on.It's cool to still see those old rib side cars. Here is a picture of the bridge. It's fully handi capped access so it's an awesome spot to watch trains from, if access is an issue for you. And you get a beautiful view of Union Station at night this way too. LINK [ 14. June 2004, 19:40: Message edited by: traingeekboy ]
that ought to be a really cool deal. of course, if the thought police don't keep trying people from railfanning

Hemi and Martyn, I got my 2001 BN Freight Guide out. That photo is a 1994 Johnstown America grain hopper. The BN series is 485020-485029 according to my book. That's only 10 units, that seems kinda odd. Robert
