For those of you from around Texas and Oklahoma, the annual Ft. Worth Train Show is gonna be on Saturday and Sunday, November 15 and 16, at the Amon Carter Exhibit Building at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Ft. Worth. IIRC, admission is five bucks. It's 10 to 5 or 6 both days. Besides the show, several layouts in the Metroplex will be open to the public. It's being brought to you by the North Texas Council of Railroad Clubs, which also does the Plano (TX) show in January. As a personal note, I have to work Saturday, but I plan to be there Sunday with some of the gang from the OR&T club over in Paris. Hope to see some of my fellow Texas Trainboarders there as well- just look for a gray Oklahoma State ball cab with a small Frisco coonskin pin on the right side.
It's 10-5 Sat. and 10-4 on Sun., in case someone tries to make a late run. I will be there from open to about 1 on Saturday with North Texas N-Trak, and after that and on Sunday I will be at our club layout which is on the tour. See... http://www.dfwtrainshows.com/Fall_show.html
