The next set of photos are my first attempt at setting up a scene. The structure is a Walthers Northern Light & Power kit. The LNE locomotive is an Atlas S-2. The coal hoppers are a mix of Atlas, Mantua, and Athearn. The hopper behind the locomotive is a custom hopper. Also the coal loads are home made. My photography needs work. I need a better camera and better lighting. I also need some backdrops.
Tom, Nice weathering on the hoppers! And the structure looks good too... It all takes time... We all had to learn something new, an we all still learn something new every now an again. so..... Like you, I too need to invest in a good camera, the one I used for the pictures I've posted recently is a barrowed camera from a friend of mine. I have a digital camera but it won't take good detail revealing pictures like I wish it would. so.. Thatsa a project for me to think about for the future...
