Thanks man, it's really gratifying to see that typing up those longish posts was worth it. :)

    Scott! You stole my idea!!!

And you're selling it on eBay!!!

Did you think I wouldn't notice?

I'm a little mad, but mostly because you didn't let me know ahead of time. I'm not pursuing a patent. (Though someone else might.)

Sorry, I just wanted to get rid of the 550 plus magnets I have left over! You should get ahold of Steve from S&R Models. I'm sure you can set something up with him. Sorry, again. I didn't mean to step on your toes.

    Hey,
I tried this idea when I 1st saw it. But when I saw K&J had other sizes,I experimented. I ended up buying "block magnets,1/2" L, 1/4" W, & 1/8" T. 1 magnet in each container is all you need. As a bonus, there's enough room inside for the magnets to flip & gain polarity.Just slide them to the middle & your done. Very strong hold & added wieght to the car.
Fantasic idea & a thank you to Jagged Ben.

Magnets are a good idea. I use this since years with my open coal hoppers. I place a piece of steel weight under the load and pick it up with a magnet.

For those interested, Scott took the packages off eBay as a courtesy to me, but you will probably have another chance to get your magnets (without having to buy 1000).
