Rrrr (my girlfriend and Commisioner of Land Grants), and I will be doing something sorta like this. She really wants "life style" related buildings and industries. Soo she will have: Her prison, A resort (or two), Quaint homes Stores and outletts Pink Fox Lines - rolling stock and manufacturers of perfume and stylish fashions I will have the "normal" heavy industries. All items will be modules that can be swapped out so where she has a prison I'll have a grain elevator and where she has a resort I'll have a quarry. She will be running steam and "sexy diesels" I will be running what ever I want - bullet trains and heavy diesels. So Yes in a way as mood changes I'll change periods and scenery to go with it.
