    EEC = East Erie Commercial Railroad, a small industrial line that might not be able to hold all of the cars that carry its reporting marks (October 2007 ORER: Miles of road operated, 12, rolling stock, 6015 cars!).

    All reports go to GE Railcar Services. Noted elsewhere that it's GE's switching line at the diesel plant in Erie, PA.
