Perhaps I can help. I am also struggling with loading the arduino IDE but have found that the following works go to C:\users and find "Arduino" folder and then 'libraries' Unzip the github download and put the unzipped DCCpp_uno unzipped folder into the libraries folder. ie do not put in the Base station folder. close the arduino app and reopen. The program should be in sketch/include libraries Having agonised myself over this, I find that I now do not know how to complete the sketch with void setup and void loop. Can anyone give me an idea about what to do I have to say this is a brilliant process and I want to get my trains running with DCC++ via powering the rails. I cant load the controller into win 10 either. Is this explained anywhere because I cant find anything. I note it is written in java but cant progress from there jonnno
