Here's a CP freight entering my home, Milwaukee, WI. ------------------ What's that? A train horn? Sorry, gotta go!
Great pic...we lost our CPR line back in 1995 so we're stuck with just Via and CN running through here, heheheh
Very impressive I love the carefully manicured white stuff on the tracks ------------------ Alan The perfect combination - BNSF and N Scale! www.alancurtismodels.com Andersley Western Railroad Alan's American Gallery
Here's one at Kenwood Yard, Albany, NY. SD40-2 5795 as the sun sets last fall (we get mostly SD40-2s here on the old D&H). ------------------ Corey Lynch Pres - Rensselaer Model RR Society NEB&W RR http://www.rpi.edu/~lynchc/Railfanning/railfanning.htm - My Site http://www.union.rpi.edu/railroad/ - NEB&W
Great to see another picture! I like the sunlight reflecting off of the locomotive. To tell you the truth, I've never seen a D&H unit here on the CP. But today's a new day ------------------ Drew Wisconsin Central Ltd. [This message has been edited by CPRailfan (edited 03 November 2000).]
You mean like this one??? There are (were) only four locos left in D&H paint last I heard. All were GP38-2s, 7301, 7304, 7307, 7312. I think they were all repainted except for the 7312, which kept it's Lightning Stripes when it went to the shops over the summer. ------------------ Corey Lynch Pres - Rensselaer Model RR Society NEB&W RR http://www.rpi.edu/~lynchc/Railfanning/railfanning.htm - My Site http://www.union.rpi.edu/railroad/ - NEB&W
Ooh, Nice picture. Yeh, I've never seen one of those beauties here in Milwuakee . And now that there's only one left, I'd probably have a better chance getting eatin' by a shark in my bathtub ------------------ Drew Wisconsin Central Ltd.
A CP coal hauler approaching Craigellachie British Columbia. and the old fashioned EOT I travel across Canada so claim that I come from a wide area ------------------ Robin Maberly and Tayside [This message has been edited by Robin Matthysen (edited 22 November 2000).]
Nice shots guys, make me jealous LOL I see these in the midst of massive scanning and my website update. I should just use these instead of mine LOL. ------------------ J.E. Pindar Webmaster-Canadian Pacific Railway Resources http://cpr.railfan.net
Kool Pictures! I love that yellow CP caboose. I've never seen one of these sitting in the Milwaukee yard, just old SOO crummies. Thanks for the reply and great shots ------------------ Drew What's that? A train horn? Sorry, gotta go!
