As usual I am the last to know. As I drove through Palisade, CO I had to take a double take as I saw D&RGW 278 and her tender sitting where C&S #9 was recently being restored. I snapped a few photos and came across this on the web: " PLEASE NOTE: Engine 278 and the other rail cars have been temporarily removed from the trestle for restoration purposes" Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park - Cimarron Canyon Rail Exhibit (U.S. National Park Service) I'm looking forward to seeing this one restored over the upcoming months!
