does this stuff need adeqate ventilation? I.E., an open window or door to the outside, an exhaust fan, and a dust mask? I live in an apartment, that's why I'm wondering.
Ventilation would be beneficial. I keep mine covered except when taking out or putting parts in. Protect the hands with surgical gloves also. I use old tooth brushes to clean and scrub the old paint, and then wash with a good liquid soap.
