Maybe they are just shivering from the cold? :D

Look for a small chip of dirt, like a coffee ground, that may have stuck to one of the wheels.

Check that the wheel flanges are smooth and no nicks or dents on one.

Also tighten only one of the truck bolester screws just so the truck can rotate freely, but has no loose play to allow tilting, and leave the other truck loose enough to allow the trucks to negotiate twisting track.

Make sure you don't have a body mounted coupler coupled to a truck mounted coupler, that is a no-no.

As Watash said I'd suggest checking that and also may I add to check that if its a plastic kit or a plastic ready to run model.. Make sure that the steel plate inside it for weight doesn't move! If that would happen to be moving as the car rolls will cause it to wobble and all as well as the listed above mentionings as well... And also on the weight, make sure its completely centered! As much as possible... side to side and front to back... In other words, balence the weight in the car to be centered over the truck bolsters. And depending on the weight... It may not be enough... I found that some of my ready to run cars aren't heavy enough to track well. If so... And you may have to add weight... ONLY add weight dirrectly over the trucks! On top of what is already their for weight from factory... And again, make sure that is also centered over the trucks as well... HTH

Besides the weight problem as mentioned I have found when one of my cars start to wooble many times there is a hair, one of mine or one of the dogs wrapped around one of the axels, this happend last night one of my box cars started to wobble and sure enough there was a hair around one axle. I vacuum my track every few days with a low power 12 volt dust buster that the dealer gave me when I bought my SUV. Hope this helps.

I have found on some kits where the wheels were out of round. You might want to check that.

Pennies make good weights should that be part of the problem.
