My nieces loved it because of the easy large knob to operate them. No box, no manual, and I cut the Bachmann wire for my Atlas code 80 track but you can splice it back together as I kept it, and is shown in pictures. Funny enough, I picked up an On30 loco on eBay and it came with an instruction manual and CD for this device stuffed inside the loco box under everything.
