I'm brand new to modeling and brand new to this forum...an hour or two! I am building the Atlas N-16 Atlantic Longhaul layout. I have a Challenger 4-6-6-4 and nine freight cars. I also am trying to transition era with the Olympian Hiawatha passenger train with 95A, B, and C engines and the Kato 9 car set that has issues with the Atlantic Longhaul layout and its 9 3/4 turns.

To the real question: I was looking for a layout that I can attach to the Atlantic Longhaul to run the Olympian Hiawatha on and have it merge onto the larger radius curves of the Atlantic. Any suggestions?

Hi Ke6nyt and welcome to the forum and to model railroading!

Scroll down to this header: Information, Tutorials & Resources. Below that is this bullet point: Railroad Layouts & Design Ideas. When you click on that you will be given a list of layouts that you can view online regardless of computer platform. You can look through these to see if any of them come close to what you are looking for or inspires you to design something more appropriate to what you are wanting to do. I like to look at other peoples ideas and then take a box of track and started playing with it to come up with something useful.
