I was in Fredericksburg, Va a few weeks ago and I saw three freight cars in the yard that appeared to large flats (maybe 89'). These cars had a frame that looked like yellow pipes on the outside center third of the car and the load (full length of the car) was covered in what appeared to be blue plastic. There was very heavy duty multiple cables secured from the top ends of the car towards the lower center of the car. They were quite different and interesting. The size of the cable gave the impression of a very heavy load. Unfortunately my camera wasn't working properly so I couldn't get a picture. Hi Dennis, I don't know what the "mysterious" load is.,,,,, maybe it was a UFO being transported to D.C. Hopefully, someone else will know. Harold
