I sent a defective Econami 100 to Soundtraxx two weeks ago. I got no receipt confirmation and no response to an email inquery .... is this the norm?
Has to be within 90 days of purchase with receipt. Had the same issue with 2 of them and never heard back. It's been months. Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk
Did you fill out the Service Request Form and include a copy of your purchase invoice? The Service Request Form would give them your E-Mail ( and or) your phone number for contact information. The times I have sent in a defective decoder it took about two weeks to get a replacement (repair) back. Give them a call and see if someone knows what is going on.
Update ...... today is 6/22 ...... I still do not have my decoder or a confirmation from Soundtraxx that they have even looked at it.
