As many of you know i have less than a week left on the MAIN LAND. Next week I will be in OKINAWA. I know for a fact space is at a premium over there sooooooo, I call out for suggestion, and even pics for a switching layout (2x4,4x8) or a small mainline (4x8). Suggestions greatly appreciated. you can check Mike's Small Trackplan Page . He has tons of small layout plans. A TimeSaver is always a classic, and will look great if scenicked. I have a switching layout based on the TimeSaver that I'm building right now. hope that helps
i can't remember if your N or HO. Here is a small 4x8' HO layout. Double line track with lots of switching on both sides and if your DC u can run up to 3 trains at once. i'm posting 2 pics. The second is the 4x8' with scenery. if u want a plan i have one and some more pics showing the mountain to the right. There is a waterfall and a stream in front of the mountain.
