Glad you're excited! It's always nice to have a plan you feel good about so you can start laying track. Good job PW&NJ on all your work. My last suggestion is to use a Wye at the right side of the industry: it'll ease the curve for the siding. Have fun! Post Pictures!
Funny thing is, I've been out of model railroading so long that I didn't know Atlas had a standard #4 wye. And XtrackCad didn't have it in the Atlas track file. Thankfully the software comes with a tool that lets you design your own custom turnouts (this just keeps getting better and better), so here you go! Also, PM (anyone, not just F7) me if you want the XTrackCad layout file. The other nice thing about XTrackCad is that it has a print function that lets you print out your layout on standard letter-size paper with track, structures, etc. in FULL SIZE so you can easily transfer it to your actual layout. :-D
This just back in from our operations testing department (my 9-year-old son). "It works great! Better than all the previous versions." He was able to test operations with three trains on the layout, two running at a time (passenger in the roundy-round with freight switching on the sidings).
