First I painted the fascia with clear laquer, then I used packing tape as a dam. I had to spread the EnviroTex with a spatula.
I placed smaller trees towards the rear trying to force perspective.
I used 3mm tan craft foam to raise up the town. I cut the hill down a little bit to match the height of the highway overpass.
More paint. Sand, dirt, grass on the banks. I think I'll be pouring some envirotex next.

The mountain is covered in Sculpt-a-Mold. The river edges are smoothed out also.
I covered my foam mountain with Sculpt-a-Mold; washed it with brown and gray paint, the sprinkled ground foam on it.
