N Scale Yard shed/office

Here is a set of sketches for a yard shed/office. Prototype was the Brooklyn Terminal Float Bridge office, and pic was provided by Matt(PW&NJ). Foot print is only 3/4 x 3/4, and is a very simple build. It would be an ideal first scratch attempt....
