Tunnel 16.5 was built by the Milwaukee, and is located just a stones throw outside of Missoula, MT. I dared not run across the interstate to bag a clean shot (minus the equipment and guardrails) of it!
OOps, I forgot to answer the second Q... MRL may use it in part of the Milltown Superfund cleanup, but I doubt it.
