Track Plan revision 06 Staging

Staging for Revision 06; approximately 4" grid. Helix loops up top right; what looks like a turntable will be a "sector plate" approach track, to save turnouts and space. Vertical tracks over the workbench allow turning a train when arriving or leaving, to provide head-up and head-down on the helix.
