That would be the new men's room that was added when Pullman rebuilt the car from the Plan 2411A West End, a 12-1-1 sleeper in 1936 for service on the first Super Chief made up of heavyweight cars. They removed the vestibule from that end to extend the restroom and add a linen closet. The car ended up on Michigan Central before being sold to the National Railways of Mexico and renamed Cuidad de Jalapa. I suppose I should add a full interior. As it is, it just has a view block running down the middle of the car but not quite to the very ends due to the structure of the car ends.
