Not Gate

Connect any Arduino i/o pin you are using AND in1 (forward) to A. Then Connect out(q) to in2 (reverse). R1 is a 1k resistor R2 is a 10k Resistor. Ground and +Vcc (+5v) FROM the Arduino. When the i/o pin is High in1 is High, When i/o is Low it turn on the transistor on and in2 will be High.
