All pike build pix are great and useful to me (liked carefull placement planning), may I ask why 2" foam? (I've used 2" pink, removed and then only 1/2 white styro and later added 1" pink foam for each of three pikes on similar platforms ... each worked OK for me ...
Thanks Bill. If you've checked out my thread -- Construction of the Birkel Sub - TrainBoard.com you know that a lot of the materials I've used have been scrounged from around the house. And that's the case with the 2" foam. I had it left over from a home improvement project of the past, so that's what I used. Dan
