Awaiting decoder, Frame is now not electrified. Truck wires now direct to decoder, Headlight change out to sunny white led at 650 Ohms. Cut trace on headlight board, this was the Pos/neg split frame source for the headlight. Light has to be wired back to decoder Cab headlight just change led and resistor. Added a flashing strobe to top of cab, This is a friend's engine and he and I like the strobe light, if ya a rivet counter, just giggle LOL Note coupler screw hole at front, This use to be a common short in these engines, ( had to be a plastic screw if you used Kadees ) if one used a metallic screw it would connect the Pos/Neg of the split frame. Use regular screw if you wish now. Tape is just to keep wires in place until after the decoder is wired and tested. I use just a tad of silicone to hold wire in place, don't like pinched wires.
