Thanks. This is the Kato N scale Unitram kit V50 with Kato diotown buildings. Got these from WigWag.

Where did you get those roads ; They look nothing like Woodland Scenics road kit.

Everything you see comes molded, stickered or painted on the track/road plate. Traffic signals, guard rails, catenary poles and portram depot are included in the V50 kit. Details not included are the Telephone Poles (Kato item #23-215), but the road plate has square holes pre-drilled for them. below is a link to a page that shows more detail.
