Howdy! Former Brakeman/Conductor on BNSF Oregon Trunk. Can someone please tell me what the "T" stands for on the track speeds? F=freight, P=passenger, F=??? Thanks!
"T" Is for the Talgo that Washington State DOT/Amtrak runs here in Wa/Or. I think it's rated for 79mph, otherwise they'd need more crew members per the FRA? Welcome to Trainboard! Your area you ran is some of the most beautiful territory, lucky you!!
