Thank you! I'm not sure what make my billboard is, I got it in a pile of N scale buildings I bought for $5. If you look on my building placement thread in the N scale section you can see it in a couple of the pics. It's on the northern part of the modules.
If your need to reproportion the picture let me know and I will do it for you. I just need the height and width of your billboard space
Thank you! I am not currently sure what size it is, I was actually surprised to see it, I was thinking I was just buying 3 buildings and I ended up with 5 and a billboard.
HELP ! I got my Bestine. Now what do I do? Put it in a container and drop the bar in ? Do I need a lot ? Is it safe to use plastic? Should I cover the container? Can I leave it outside?
Candy, I am, by no means, an expert but I can tell from 1st hand experience that you need a glass jar. I have not tried plastic but I think it would attack the plastic. Easy to find a glass jar. You need to cover the item with the Bestine and, for sure, you better screw the lid on the jar because the Bestine will evaporate at a very fast rate. When I am finished with the cleaning I take a coffee filter and pour the used Bestine through that filter back into it's original can. Be sure to keep the Bestine can capped at all times! Just my pennies worth, be well, Carl
I've soaked items from 2-3 hours to a week or more (oops). Never damaged anything. in fact , much of what is currently on my work table are shapeways prints. Your bar should look just like the little garage on the left if its been properly cleaned.
More cheese is often the answer. Forget not that I am from Wisconsin. I spent a lot of years on the Wisconsin Central. I left not because of cheese but to escape persecution from ex wives. I miss the cheese.
Friday afternoon till Sunday morning. Yah that's enough time in a bar. The only Wisconsin Centrals I've seen were pulling freight. I've never ridden a regular passenger train, only the Tram at the museum in East Troy that used to run into Milwaukee and checked out the cars at the museum in Green Bay. My former legal companion and daughter left Wisconsin (Milwaukee) after 7 more marriages and 6 divorces and went to Iowa. The second non-legal went on to Allah 10 years ago. So, I'm wild and free again.
It looks good. Very white. I soaked it in hot water for about an hour and that got rid of the smell. I'm going to try painting it
