your modeling locale choices?

    This is what I ended up modelling on my only trip to the USA.....it was a fantastic trip to a stunning location.

    On my proposed N scale layout, I'm moving several hundred miles south of where I want to be to the former Frisco's Ardmore & Arkinda Sub, which ran between Hope, AR and Lakeside, OK. Most likely I'll model the east end, not sure exactly where, but I'll let you know. It will be in the 1970s, which means four-axle diesels (no SD-anything or six-axle GEs of any kind). Strictly secondary and local freights here.

    My modelling is based on ohio as it was the first place i saw an american train, besides theres no great mountains to model!
