I have never had a problem with any order at Wig Wag. My most recent order was via the shopping cart system for the recent second run of the CZ set. It arrived on time according to the schedule given when the original offer first appeared on the web site. My philosophy is to read carefully the expected dates when placing the order and then not get antsy in the meantime. If the schedule changes, that info usually appears in one or more model train sites posting. You have to remember that Wig Wag is at the mercy of the vendors that supply these products. One item I have never gotten, however, is an Atlas Shay, ordered at least three years ago. But that's because Atlas has never produced it. So I just wait for another announcement on a Shay and hope that this time my order can be filled.

I don't mean to belittle or gloss over the fact that WW had a computer problem that messed up a lot of orders. But they explained the problem clearly on their site and provided a path forward to get everything straightened out.

I became a Wig Wag customer when Rio Grande Hobbies went out of business several years ago. I have no regrets in my dealings with Wig Wag. In regards to full disclosure, I have no affiliation with Wig Wag other than as a customer.
