Who is BPEX?

    Yup, thats the first site I checked. Perhaps a new leasing company or shortline?

    I have not found anything on BPEX, but there is a BREX (Big Rivers Electric Corp.) Maybe part of the paint wore off.
    Also as a side note, marks ending in X are not a common carrier, which means they are not licensed to operate for hire, so that would fit BREX.
