How about a really good 0-6-0? I can't believe we haven't got one in N yet! (Not including the Bachmann; it's not so good and is a 2-6-2 with the trailing and front trucks removed so constantly looks like its pulling a wheelie).

I would love Athearn to make a UP CSA-1/2 Challenger. Its not an unrealistic wish; just needs a new body and they've done it in HO, usually they do HO first then repeat in N (such as the heavy challenger, bigboy, Z-4 challengers. I've begged for these on here before, but alas nothing yet.

Looking forward to the Kato bigboy. And hoping for another complete and correct Kato UP streamliner COSF with both armour yellow UP and SP coaches would be best!

I'd love to see me get off my a$$ and start laying some track. I've made over 40 turnouts. Have two different sections of benchwork finished with foam on top and even all the cork laid on one. The only track that I have down is two pieces to run and program decoders on and another few sections to test out my turnouts :(

So please let the 3D printer break so I get off Fusion 360 and get some track down :)

Baldwin road switchers... AS-616s specifically. Easily the highest produced locomotive that hasn't been made in N scale yet (as I remember, the DRS-6-6-1500 is almost the same locomotive with the possible exception of the thickness of the frame). Eastern and western mainline roads both had them. I keep hoping that Atlas will some day do them but in the mean time, I have bought a SW body that I some day make one of my own (and Altas will announce releasing one within days of me finishing building mine)

    Heisler and/or three truck Shay

    Here are my wants.

1958 cu. ft. PS/ACF 2-bay covered hopper with both the solid and cut-out side versions. Lots of paint schemes for railroads and private owners from the late 1940's until the 1070's
Hopefully would be done by FVM or Bluford

    75' TOFC's and 35' trailers.
    TrainWorx

    Mather Stock car.
Hopefully would be done by FVM or Atlas

GN 30' wood sided plywood sided and steel sided version.
Hopefully by FVM to the quality level of their B&O and Milwaukee versions or Bluford Shops.

AAR 1941 5-5 ends and AAR 1944 40' boxcars with 4-4 ends and 4-3-1 ends.
FVM upgrade the DI boxcar tooling or Atlas to the level of detail of their Master Line PS-1s especially with different door widths etc.

Atlas preferred for locomotives because of their slow-speed motors and detailing of the bodies doing different versions when applicable.

    RSD-15 Lo-nose and Hi-nose versions.

    U30B/U33B/U36B

    U30C/U33C/U36C

    SD45

Yea I know Kato has the U30C and SD45 but who cares??? High speed motors level of detailing 30 years old and basically only UP and SF road names released or re-releases a couple of times a decade.

Disclaimer It should be obvious that TrainWorx, Fox Valley, Bluford Shops and Atlas are my preferences for manufacturers because of the quality of their products and number of mostly correct paint schemes they release on each model,

One that comes to mind for me would be the Baldwin "Centipede" in the cool blue Demonstrator paint scheme. I know that Broadway Limited produced these units, but not that paint scheme, in N Scale. I bought a Centipede in Seaboard Air Line paint, for hopefully a future repainting to that Demonstrator scheme...but I need to find someone to do the white decals.

Another one, since we are talking demonstrators, would be a Fairbanks Morse C-Liner in the Demonstrator paint.

Why do I like these paint schemes so much? Flexibility. I can run them on my Iowa themed layout and imagine that the Rock Island (or other midwestern granger roads) tried them out...even if the railroad in question never bought the particular model of locomotive.

Right now... a spooky looking tree, and pieces to make a small graveyard with a fence around it. Maybe even a spooky tree in said graveyard.

Make the tree from wire, the grave stones from styrene, and Gold Metal Models makes a graveyard gate and fence...

Made a tree from wire, and medical tape. Will paint it to see how it looks when I get home.
