Yes. I know. The point is it operates via BNSF, via trackage rights, (not shared), as UP no longer has a way to get from A to B. It does directly involve BNSF operating facilities and personnel, such as dispatching and maintaining that line. MRL also has trackage rights into Spokane via that very same line segment. Can be quite a scene when several trains are working through the area at essentially the same time.
Saw a southbound roll on past work and stop at the yard cp. Still cp units, but different reporting marks on the cars. Still an SD90 leading.
