Yes, it's an NS industrial spur just off the main yard. I love taking pictures there, with its branch line feel and lightweight geeps in charge.
Nice catch! I wonder how many of these cars are actually left. Looks like there are a number of these cars still in D&H livery, but I suspect it's a small number.
