Finished up track work on the yard lead extension and West O Street modules. Decided to set them up and do some operational testing, but the only place with enough space is the living room. Girlfriend was not too impressed. (No, not an N-Trak Adapter, three tracks lead into West Hobson Yard.) But I also get to show off my latest wall hanging. Her mother cross-stitched this for me!
In the late fifties we used to get a "pop" (soda pop) and a small bag of potato chips for a dime. But you had to drink the pop in the store, or pay a 2 cent deposit on the bottle. Or you could substitute a chocolate bar for the chips for the same amount!!
