UP's physical ability test consists of a bike test, arm curl, and sit and reach test. Can anyone tell me what these tests entail and what is required to pass them?
That's the test for MOW right? I went to a job session for train service on the UP and everyone passed the physical agility test. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Eric
