How are the trucks mounted on power units? Are they mounted with a singel pin as on the cars or do they use another method? As you can see Railfans know more about these things than guys that work on the Railroad. Arthur.
Guess not Art. Next time I get a tour of a facility, I'll have to check it out. I do know that each traction motor and wheel are removable from the truck to replace damaged ones. I would assume that they are mounted on a single pivot point in some way, so they can swivel with the curvature of a track.
