    Hi Folks,

New to this forum and would like to introduce myself, I have been thinking about getting my HO American layout up again after a few years away , so my wife started me off by buying me a NCE Dcc starter pack, so I will be a eager contributor looking for hints on DCC [ Sorry]. On the personal side , we live in Rockhampton in Central Queensland, Australia, I am 60 years old and for the last 44 years I have worked for Queensland Government Rail / Queensland Rail / QR National / and now Aurizon, we were once owned by the State Government but only a couple of years ago we went out as a private company, our major railing is coal.

All the best to all in 2013.

    Regards
    Ian

Hi Ian, Welcome to the TrainBoard, happy to have you on board. Though I'm afraid you'll show us all up, being a modeler and a lifelong railroader to boot...LOL

Welcome aboard, mate. We'll be looking forward to photos of your progress. Do you have any of your actual railroading experiences? I for one would love to see them.
