The old Wabash bridge over I - 70 in Columbia, MO may fall to progress sometime in the near future. While no word on it is being said there is considerable need to widen I - 70 at that point. How the bridge can survive the widening is hard to see. The ROW and bridge are now part of COLT.
I don't see that bridge going anywhere anytime soon, because I don't see I-70 getting the attention it deserves anytime soon. I'm thinking it will be close to bumper-to-bumper before dollars are turned loose for it.:tb-sad:
