    Nice work Peter!

YoHo, are you a member at the Roseville MRR club? I just learned that they had an N-Scale layout when I was there for the International Railfair. I've been thinking about joining... Also, speaking of the Railfair, I thought it turned out better than most folks had lead me to believe. Then again, I haven't been to too many shows :) I suppose I was mostly hyped on the great deals I picked up there.

Noah, I am a member of the Roseville club. You likely didn't see me though as I spent almost all my time at the Kids coloring area.
You likely did see my semi complete T-trak module. We certainly would love to have you. We're looking to add N-scalers to the group, because over the years we've lost many. Due to death, and honestly people moving due to work. For some reason the N-scale side had more working stiffs compared to the HO retirees.
And they were hit hard by the recession.

This show was for sure an uptick from the past few years and I also thought there were a number of good deals available. More than in previous years. I'm hoping that it gets even better next year.

Maybe we'll get Silicon Valley Freemon to actually make the trip next year.

Here is an update on what i have been up to layout wise last week or so. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

My bridge was made out of 1/32 of an inch thick styrene for sale signs I had kicking around. I filled the gaps with hot glue sanded and trimmed down. Then I proceeded to prime for painting. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG] still have some finishing to do before painting. For now I will be moving on to the abutments.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks making a real push to finish the bridges and land forms on this side so I can focus on my yard side as I am thinking of reworking it. Then finish that land form so I can start wiring my track work

It's looking really good. From experience, (I drive under it every so often)I'd say it looks like the real thing. Keep up the good work.

The Mrs is out tonight so got some work on my abutments done. [IMG][IMG]

All that is left is more sanding and paint. And the bridge can be installed.

Some more work done on my last rail bridge. Sanded everything down smooth. Built my abutments and everything is ready for priming and paint. [IMG][IMG][IMG]

I have 3 in total. 2 rail bridges over my river. And 1 highway overpass.

So I took some time around the holidays away from my layout and focused on my 4 year olds love of trains. Here are some pics of Zachary's Thomas master track train layout he is loving his gifts from Santa. [IMG][IMG]
